New Client Protocol  and Appointment Cancellation Policy Agreement

All new clients are required to pay a £10 non refundable bookings fee to secure their first appointment. This can be made via bank transfer or dropped as cash which ever Is easier. This is the deducted from the total appointment cost.

A minimum of 48hrs is required to move or cancel your appointment.

Cancelation of appointments  within 24 hrs or under will result in full payment being required.

This policy will be reviewed at Innocent Beauty's discretion. 

By booking your appointment you are agreeing to these terms.

Vouchers, Loyalty & Recommend A Friend Cards

1. All the above can not be used in conjuction with any other offers or stacked.
2. Vouchers cannot be used on any reatil products.
3. All our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
4. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash  once purchased.
5. Once a vouchers has been purchased they are non-refundable.
6. The Value of the Voucher must be used in one visit as we are unable to provide credit for unused amount.
7. The voucher must be the original.
8. We are unable to replace lost or damaged vouchers purchased.
9. Recommend a friend vouchers are based on the discount being applied once the friend has booked and payed for thier treatment. Innocent Beauty will then apply the discount on your next treatment. This offer is based on one discount ber visit.
10. Loyalty card stamps are based on spending over £ 10 per visit to receive one stamp. On the 8th stamp a £10 credit will be applied to your next treatment.
11. Loyalty cards must be presented for stamping following a minium value of treatment.
